    This workout is about results. Doesn’t take a lot of time but is intense. I’m on week 3 and i’ve lost ten pounds, feel better and people really have noticed.

    i looked at a lot of videos here on youtube and take some good excersise out and make my own programs its also good to shange your programe and the order of excersise every 2 weeks so yuor muscles stay fit
