do 30 secs of squats then rest for 30. Do 30 sec of step ups and rest for 30. Finally do 30 secs of arm raises using light to moderate weights.
This will take you 6 minutes, build muscle, increase your metabolism and improve your general fitness. If you can do this 2-3 times a day and I guarantee within 1 week you will feel and notice the difference and you are only doing max of 18 minutes of exercise a day.

Remember that if you do not want to bulk up only use light to moderate weights. This programme also helps your speed and cardio so not only do you burn the fat you increase your general fitness and speed. I personally do not want to bulk up so only use moderate weights.
If you are just starting out remember not to overdo it. A nice programme for starting out is do 30 seconds of step ups, rest for 30 seconds. do 30 seconds of scrunches then rest for 30 secs. do 30 secs of step ups, rest for 30.

3. There is no known way to target fat in a particular area of your body but if you stick to these 2 steps you will burn the fat all over.
My personal programme is that I do 5 reps of sprinting for 1 minute. I then do 5 reps on the rowing machine and go as hard as I can for 1 minute each time. I do 5 reps of scrunches, 5 reps of chin ups, 5 reps of squats using a bar with weights behind my head, 5 reps of bench presses, 5 reps of dips. This targets nearly every single muscle in your body.

To burn the fat you need to have a good diet firstly and you also need to exercise regularly.
1. The best thing is high intensity interval training. What that means is that you go hard for 30 seconds, 45 seconds, 1 minute. You do this with one exercise and do around 3 repetitions. In between repetitions you rest for the same amount of time that you done the exercise for.
2. You do a whole body workout to build more muscle. As mentioned here the more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn.

For those wanting to lose weight you need to eat the proper diet for starters.
1. The best thing is to eat as much raw food as possible. Good things are fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken or turkey.
2. You need to eat at regular times of the day and do not miss meals. The most important meal is breakfast. I personally eat oatmeal with berries, nuts and seeds. This has slow release energy and keeps you going eailly to lunch time.
3. When you want to snack try and eat fruit or raw vegetables.

ECA worked for me …
ECA worked for me while i was doing some gyming, but gave me VERY high blood pressure after i got a new job in front of a PC and no gym… if you do. keep an eye on it!! (i was 177/99)!!! good luck…. but just get your up and burn more!

Eat every 2-3 hours …
Eat every 2-3 hours. Something healthy. That keeps your metabolism going.
If you do a lot of weight exercises do more compound lifts, this uses more muscle thus needing more enery.
Keep up the cardio too but not massivly.
