2. Ab exercises like crunches, sit-ups, and ab machines are the LEAST effective method of getting flat six pack abs. We'll explore what types of exercises REALLY work in a minute.

You need to find a weight heavy enough where you can only lift it 8-12 times before muscle failure. Try using 25lbs.

Well, the guy i was talking too said not to let your arms get use too the same workout, or you wont get any muscle, also, everytime you workout, i dunno if you do this everyday but, you mst let your arms relax for 48 hours before you work them out again, good luck.

no it wont work. for best results u should train ur arms no more than 2 days a week. change it everytime. so do drop sets in one week, do 21’s in next. key thing to noe is dont get use to the workout
