Questions to be answered in ALL parts…….
1.What kind of prenatal vitamins do u take?
2.What do u think is the best way to get rid of my little stomach and love handles? i’ve been thinking seriously about giving up soda too.
3.How long did it take you to get to your size and how did you maintain?
4.Did you want to get down as small as you are now?
5.How often would you work out during the 1st 7mos of weight loss?
6.How would you go about gaining a few pounds in a healthy way?
7.Since I am only trying to loss 5-10 pounds and mainly in my midsection. Can you tell the things I should focus on?
8.Did you have a plateau moment while losing weight? If you did, how much weight did you lose prior to the plateau, how long did it take you to get off the plateau and what advice do have for someone going through it?
9.Stretch marks… We pretty much all have them no matter what size we are, but have you found anything to work on them really well? They are one reason that I don’t like to wear anything short-sleeved or sleeveless.
10.Not trying to get too personal, but you mentioned pre-natal vitamins and I was wondering how they may aid in weight loss or maintaining?
11.6 small meals…What does this really mean and do you follow this? Are 3 of those meals really snacks? Would it be a protein bar with a piece of fruit? Someone told me even a sandwich, but I can just see the calories piling up.
12.Do you or did you keep a food diary/journal?
13.COULD YOU LET ME KNOW THE STEPS YOU TOOK TO CHANGE OVER TO THAT. I AM LOOKING FOR ALL THE HELP I CAN GET IF YOU KNOW OF ANY BOOKS I CAN PURCHASE TO HELP PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
14.I was wondering how did and still do keep yourself encouraged because making a lifestyle change is hard and sometimes I feel like giving in?
15.What was the breaking point to you for your weight?
16.What is your typical arms workout? I got the “Fitness For Dummies” book on your recommendation, but I wanted to know what you do specifically
17.I wanted to know how long have you been a vegetarian?
18.I was just wondering how many hours of exercise would be a good idea if I wanted to lose say 2 pounds a week?
19.How do you stay on track when you are going through a hard situation in life?
20.Can you answer if the skin around your breast conformed to the weight loss from your breasts easily, or did you have to moisturize to keep the skin together? Or rather did you have to especially moisture (more than you already had)?
21.Was there anything that you could not do aerobically/ cardiovascularly that you find easy now (I can’t run for the life of me, no matter how hard I try *which I don’t try that much…lol*)?
22.What are your No No foods?
23.Did you ever fall off and if so, how did you get back on it for good? (I keep re-starting)?
24.What kind of mental changes did you go through? (I had a lady friend once who lost alot of weight and all of the sudden she felt she wanted to date around since she was getting so much new attention. Did it take some getting use to people treating you differently?)
25.Did any illnesses go away?

YOU DO NOT LOOK LIKE A CRACK HEAD!!! Who said that??? It’s amazing at how much people want to make others feel bad when they know that they look good! And, sweetheart, you look GORGEOUS!! Even when you had weight on you, you were gorgeous and you will always be! But, I have to say something: My mom has been a thin woman all of her life and people always tried to say that she was anorexic or looked like a crackhead but in reality she doesn’t and they know it! People are ing liars, I promise!

I know exactly what …
I know exactly what you’re talking about. When I lost weight the first time (I didn’t maintain it because I got y and stopped exercising and then went back to eating fatty food) I didn’t notice it either. The people at my church brought it to my attention. One of the ladies was so excited she took me out shopping for a whole new wardrobe and I was like OMG I actually lost weight. Then someone was like “Girl you keep shrinking”. It was boost. I started wearing miniskirts. I was just happy.

hey girl!! i love your videos so much i ran into you because i am currently transitioning to natural but ive been suffering with weight loss recently. last year i went from 158 to 132 and ive been doing ok with maintaining up until recently i am now 150 and im not understanding what it is im still working out at the gym almost everyday and i decreased my calories alot but jus 2 wks ago i was 145 now im 150 so its like im steady putting on weight and i dnt think its just muscle can u hlp me?

Hello i am new to …
o i am new to my journey of natural hair and weight loss.I had a couple of questions for you. I am thinking about becoming a vegitarian and i wanted to know if you still included fish and chicken when you decided to do that? also did you do a 5 or 10 day detox regimen to clear your system before you started your journey? and lastly what are your thoughts on pre-packeged light meals such as lean cuisine in the weight loss process.
